After failing to pick up my vehicle on the date agreed, they blamed it on the carrier, which I happen to recieved a call stating that they were sorry they could not pick my car but they have not received any paperwork from VIP. After confronting VIP, they said they could geet it on another truck but that I would have to pay another $300. I told them I rather pay another $500 but not with those crooks. I asked them to efund my $200 deposit to which they said that they would wait to see my review. I complained to the BBB and they lied to them on my case and was never able to make them accountable for their irresponsable way of conducting business. After waiting for almost a year for my deposit back, I finally decided to review this Jerks!. Stay away from them, do not use their service even if they offer you a killer rate.
