Increased my costs, called me a liar and picked up my car a WEEK late.

I was originally supposed to move in March '08. I put down a deposit and unfortunately had to cancel because my boyfriend and I who I was going to live with broke up with me. When I called to cancel, a complete wreck and in tears, not only did I get horrible attitude for canceling but they told me that I could apply my deposit to another move within the calendar year instead of getting the deposit back. When I called 3 months later to set up another move, they were very helpful and happy I chose to come back. I set up my move and the price they gave me seemed reasonable given the increase in fuel costs. However, when I was emailed the contract (4 days and 3 voicemails after my initial call) it had increased $150. I called and they told me that their quotes didn't include tax. I took it as a misunderstanding on my part and signed the contract and faxed it. I left a voicemail the next day asking them to call if they hadn't received it and, after receiving no call back, I figured everything was fine. I called the week before they were supposed to pick up my car and they said everything was in order and they would see me the next week. Halfway through the day before they were going to pick me up I had heard nothing from a driver so I called to check, the girl said that everything was in order and the driver could call me as late as 12 hours in advance. I waited up completely nervous all night and never heard anything. When I called back the day they were supposed to pick up, I was told that I had called a month prior to
