Do not use this broker! This is the second time the balance due to the driver is higher than the quoted price from Tania at Upscale. The last time in 2019 the difference was $250 and it was almost six weeks before we received our refund and that only happened after MANY emails.
This time it is $100 and no response at all from Tania since my original email on January 28th.
Communication from Tania has been poor (both times) at best.
