I recently moved from Wisconsin to Texas. I contacted and paid my deposit to Derek at 305 704 7272 who stated the car will be picked up on Monday 8/16 and will arrive in TX on Wed 8/18. I was traveling on Monday and asked my mother to call for ETA when car would be picked up in Wisconsin. My mother was told by Derek he was working on it. My mother called again later Monday and received a voicemail with no return call. Tuesday my mother called again in the morning and was told by Derek he was working on it and should have an answer on that day. She called again that early afternoon, no answer and left voicemail. I called yesterday as well, and NO answer, I sent email, and called a few other times a total of 4times I called with NO answer nor return call or response to my email. I sent request for a refund due to unprofessionalism and lack or return calls, and my car is still in Wisconsin. This morning I received a rude message from Derek via text " I sent it to accounting. I don't handle refunds. You can be as angry as you want. Doesn't bother me. I don't respond to people that seem to think it's ok to dial my phone 20times in 30minutes. Grow up I move 50 cars a week an somehow you can't seem to be an adult. Take care. Refund is being processed." Is this how your employees respond when they do NOT respond or update on pending issues? All I asked for was communication. NO response is unacceptable! Not responding when you advise is UNACCEPETABLE.. For the record I did not call 20times, and If I did that should have been more of an indication that he should respond. Ignoring a PAID (deposit) customer is not proper. Needless to say I start a job on Monday, and I have NO car in TX.. WOW!!! What am I to do now. I guess grow up? Great employee, that moves 50cars a week, but could not handle one car from WI... Is because I am ??
