After a bad attempt to relocate to CA from OH I needed to return to OH. The entire trip was bad and driving back was not an option. I submitted a request on a quote site and started to get emails, Tom’s off emails!
However Carlos from Upscale Auto called me directly. He told me exactly what would happen, all true, and explained exactly what happens when you do this. Thanks to his explanation of everything my stress levels dropped considerably.
Everything was scheduled, he provided the actual shipper’s contact info and from there everything went great. The car arrived, the agreed upon payment was made and I now have my car.
