I booked transport with this company, paid the $350.00 deposit, and never heard from them again. The transport never showed up and they never called to let me know about a change. I did talk with my sales rep, Kristina once and she assured me we were on schedule. Of course, once the promised date for pickup came and went she is impossible to reach. I think this is a SCAM business. They don't answer their phones, don't respond to email and don't return calls, and will rudely just put you on indefinite hold. DON"T TRUST THEM
