I have been working with Derek E and Upscale Auto for at least 6 transports over the last 2 years. I must tell you that Derek has been reliable and very direct about the business. Out of the 6 transports; 5 went flawless as far as being on time etc. 1 transport was late and the carrier required another $50 to move my mothers car . Derek explained that the carrier switched routes to make it happen. I completely understand and appreciate that Derek worked hard to get it done. I will continue to use this company in the future
