The most miserable experience I have had. Nothing I was told happened, wasn’t told to make the check out to the driver, put on hold for extended periods of time (greater than 15 minutes) without ever being answered. When I called back they were out to lunch (while I was on hold!!) the other time they we gone for the day. 24/7 contact doesn’t work, corporate mail box is full. When I did leave a message they never got back to me. I got no information until the day the car was supposed to be picked up. Needless to say I will never use them again
