Let me start off by saying WOW When i first started at looking into getting my hummer moved i knew i was going to be blown up by people calling me and sending me emails. Upscale wasn't my first choice and boy should it have been. I wasted my valuable time with another company and between the utter frustration with this industry and the low ballers, the reps that don't call back nor follow up with me, i decided to call Upscale and see if they could help me out since i was already out of 300$ for a deposit and so close to a very long fishing trip that would leave unavailable until today. I gave upscale a shot... Alyssa E is wonderwoman, i do not know how she did it or in what time but she managed to save my ass big time. Through out the whole process she understood my bad experience, she kept me updated, my wife updated, she called me the moment any and all drivers called for my car, she kept her promise to me and most importantly she even followed up afterwards, if it wasn't for her my hummer would still be in Georgia and i wouldn't of have gotten it. Alyssa is the most diligent, bright, agile and quick representative in that place. The next time i move I'm calling her with no doubts shes great. Alyssa we hope you get the opportunity to see this and remember that you are the best and next time we are going Upscale all the way #1 choice for our transportation
