Terrible/RUN

This was an unbelievably stressful experience lasting over two weeks and I advise you to RUN the other way. I should have when I asked why google showed their business as closed. They said they were tying to get all the bad google reviews 'entered by competitors' erased by registering the business as closed with google. Went to another 'review' sight and saw glowing reviews which I now highly suspect were planted by the companies employees.

Problems:
Not only did it take two weeks to get my vehicle, but they constantly kept changing of the price right up to the last hour before delivery. The original quote was $550, then $650 because the destination changed from Kentucky to Tennessee, which is CLOSER, then they wanted an extra $50 for 20" rims, then an extra $200 for god knows what bringing it to it $900, which I refused to pay. They brought it down to $800 after I told them to cancel and refund my money but still tried to slip in the $900 price by telling me that I hadn't signed the new contract when I had (and emailed them a copy of the $800 one). I tipped the driver $50 because he was an innocent bringing the total cost of grief to $850.

Contact with other employees was courteous and professional. Rene was my contact. He always was polite and available, but make no mistake - he is a gamer and a smooth talker - I had to fight to get a word in edgewise. I felt like I was being hustled by a telemarketer and eventually felt harassed.

My advice - go with a transporter, not a broker and don't shop price. The industry is cannibalistic - your quote request will go viral and and you will get endless phone calls and texts.
