My vehicle broke down on the way home from my folks house. The local shop wanted silly money for repairs - so I actually saved money by towing it back home 156 miles. Upscale's prices were much lower for this job than their competitors, and they were fast to provide a quote. Both the customer service and the driver were super friendly and even rerouted the shipment when I found out my local shop's lot was full that day - that is bending over backwards to help - and no extra charges. Needless to say I was both relieved and impressed when the whole deal was over. My car showed up just fine in the same condition I left it. Full disclosure - I am receiving 25 bucks to submit this review, but the offer came *after* the delivery was complete and *after* I was fully satisfied by their excellent service. I would definitely use them again if needed.
