Carlos was my main contact and stayed the course to get my vehicle moved. He stayed on it even past the contract time. No one was biting to take on the delivery and this was my third attempt to get it done. Carlos and I had long conversations about the issues around why the truck would not move, but he finally arranged it! I had to pay more than the quote *that was my biggest disappointment), but it had to do with the pick-up location and the schedules of the driver. I do not think this was an easy delivery to arrange, but Carlos got it done and provided great support even when I was getting discouraged. I would recommend CARLOS every time!
