The Upscale price was about 50 bucks lower than everyone else in the market to ship my car and in some instances 100 dollars cheaper. Renee convinced me he would have my car moved the same day that we spoke because he had a driver ready to pick up my car. That did not happen and I received a call the next day from the driver's company saying they were just headed to get my car and that they couldn't deliver it until Friday afternoon. That was a day later than I was told but I told the driver that would be fine as time is of the essence. On Friday morning two days after the original pick up date I got a call from the dealership saying my car had not moved. Later in the morning the shipper said he would have my car in the Dallas area around noon. I went to the noon arranged meeting place and no car. I called to find out what was going on as the Houston metro area is only 3 hours to 4 hours from the Dallas metro area. They said my car would be there by five pm. I got a call around 5 pm saying my car would be at the meeting place by 9pm and the driver would call when he was 60 minutes away. No call No show. The next morning I got a call telling me the driver would meet me in 30 minutes at the location. I get there and the driver is next door with my car on the ramp above his truck and he says he can't get it down. I had to recruit two other people to help him push the car down off the ramp. No results. I had to climb up on the ramp, mind you I"m handicapped, and help them push the car off the ramp. The floor mat in the driver's side was left muddy on a new car mat and the car was dirty with some indentations on the hood along with some grease pencil marks. And what seemed to be a chip in the windshield. The chipped spot appears to have been some sort of resin on my windshield. Unsure if it was natural or placed there. My windshield now seems to be loose causing a swooshing sound. According to the dealer my windshield will probably have to be resealed. The price was good but if you want something to arrive on time without minor damage I would not choose upscale. If you are shipping on a budget this is probably the shipper for you. Renee was professional in manner but failed on his time promise. Renee did offer to look into the chips and windshield. Regretfully, WJ I am adding an amendment to my review. After seeing my review the company did call me to try and make this right so I am upgrading the star rating because of their diligence in trying to make up for the marks on my vehicle. Renee contacted the driver with me on the phone to try and get the insurance information and was hung up on by the shipper. The damage to my car is just what appears to be grease pencil writing on my paint and some dents in my hood. I'm sure the cost of repair would be almost as much as the tow. I will try to find a cleaning product to remove these marks since a carwash did not. Will update the post as Renee said to send pictures of the damage because the driver did contact him back with the info. Not the best experience because of broken promises but the after care is above average so I did amend my rating and if this is further handled or I get the marks off my hood I will bump up to a 5 star rating. I will say Renee is tenacious about the customer being happy.
