When I spoke to Bert on the first call, he gave me all the info and said he would verify a pick-up date as the one I listed was just a general time frame. We actually were able to have the car picked up the next morning and it was what I consider an on time delivery. There was a break down on the transport vehicle, but the driver stayed in touch with updates and the car arrived less than 24 hours late. The car was dirty, but it was an open carrier, but no dents, scratches other than what was on it. My experience was one of complete satisfaction. I would definitely recommend and next time I need to ship a car, I will use these people again. Thanks again Bert for your assistance.
