Here is my original review but upscale managed to attempt to say I was not a customer of theirs to have my review removed. If I was not a customer of theirs how come I have a voicemail from Kay on 12/17/13 trying to refund the broker fee if I remove my reviews and text messages from joe begging me to remove my reviews because he is going to loose his job.

worst experience and company ever. They called and emailed me nonstop to ship my vehicle so when I said yes that's when their communication ended and the babysitting started. They never returned any phone calls and I would have to call 3 to 4 times a day just to get an update and most the time nobody could tell me. end result was I had to pay a lot more just to get it shipped because they were dishonest from the get go on how the whole process works. save yourself the headache and just stay away from this place.
