I would like to thank the entire staff at Upscale Auto Transport for such a pleasant experience every time we used them. First, we used the service to transport 2 sports cars and 2 motorcycles from San Diego, California to Boca Raton, Florida. All vehicles arrived early than estimated, which was better than what we anticipated. The driver was very accomodating and all vehicles were in great condition, minus some dust, but what would one expect from a 3,000 mile transport.
Three months later, we used the same service to take the vehicles back to original location. Once again we had a pleasant experience.
In February, I had to transport another vehicle from the West Palm area to San Diego. I spoke to the representative, Nick, he was efficient and worked with my schedule. A great feature was completing the transactions with the online contract, via email.
In May, I called Upscale Transport regarding a reverse transport and spoke with the representative, Chase. Chase was extremely accomodating and patient. He miraculously was able to schedule a pick within 24 hours of me placing my call. The driver, Casey, informed me when the vehicle was picked up since I was not present when that occurred. In addition, Casey called me a few days later with an estimate arrival date. I received the vehicle within a week. There was an additional charge of $100, that the driver was nice enough to call me about a few days before arrival. I was more than happy to pay the diiference since the extra items affected the weight. The vehicle was fully packed with personal items and valuables. Everything was in its exact place and nothing was taken.
I have used other transport services over the years and they should use this company and services as a precedent to conduct stellar business.
I would highly recommend Upscale Auto Transport to family, friends and business acquaintance.
We have used this establishment 6 times within the last 9 months and every time the staff in the office as well as the drivers, were professional and extremely efficient.
