While I have used Upscale twice before, this is the first time I went enclosed since I was shipping my 1963 Corvette. Chase gave me two options for shipping, one to LA (which was cheaper and offered indoor storage) and one to San Francisco, close to my final destination after we move. It was nice having options. The transporter was prompt and allowed me to use my own cover, though he also said that he would also again cover my car since I was on the bottom of a two level truck. My son received the vehicle and noted no problems at all. Would definitely use Upscale again.
