I was very pleased with Universal Transport. I expressed my concern on a Saturday that the vehicle had to be picked up the following Monday or else I would incurr additional storage fees from the auctioneers lot. Their quote was quite reasonable. Most companoes ask for an additional $200 to pick up your vehicle within 24-48 hrs, but I did not have to incurr this fee as my car was posted on their board as urgent. The car was picked up on time, and delivered to me within 2 days. I would definately use them again, and recommend their services.

Anthony.N,(Agent located in FL) was polite, courteous,and even though he could not make any promises he was very professional in explaining this, and was able to make this quite a pleasant experience.
