Representative Disrespectful, Dishonest Service

I would first like to start off that Universal LLC has not contacted my Person of Contact in Newyork nor Tennesse. Anthony has my email and phone number from Afghanistan and he has called me from it. I would call everyday about the status of my car and at first it was "the driver is there but he had to make drop offs" Then it was "we had a driver but he wasnt able to pick up the car" I spoke to both of my contacts from both states and they never received a call from universal. Also I was never assigned a Dispatch/ Truck driver. This is not my first experiece in shipping a car and I felt as if I was being given the run around. I tried to resolve this matter with Anthony but he did not have any answers for me and referred me to speak with the Dispatcher Sandy which he gave me the wrong EXT for. After the fact of posting my review I receive a nasty disturbing e-mail from Anthony telling me that I was a horrible customer and that I have no clue what I am talking about. He was right about me not having any clue because I was never informed about my vehicle. I am in a combat environment and it is very stressful to have to deal with a "company" that treats its "customers" like CRAP. Also, Universal keeps trying to deny I was a customer but I have all e-mail corrospondence saved. I would like my money back for services that I did not receive. I serve my country honorably and I hate that my hard earned money went to an establishment that is in the business of not handling their customers properly.I would like a prospective customers to know how they treat customers. I have e-mailed universal on this matter but I seem to be getting no where
