the pick up process was excellent it was done in a very timely manner and the staff was very knowledgeable and professional with it. But the delivery wasn't that great. They called me and made me expect to bring it on the day that they promised and it never happened. It was delayed. The driver didn't bring my car on time as we've agreed upon. They were late a day and i have to cancel my other appointment just to wait for them.
