Contacted Deena about a pick up 2 weeks prior. Gave a window range of 4 days, I was never contacted by Deena for a pick up. I called her and left a message as well as an email. The following day she called to say the price was going to be higher. I advised that I had quite a few cheaper quotes and why was she changing the price on me so close to pick up?

Deena got VERY nasty to which I responded to cancel the order but before I could ask about the CC I gave to confirm she hung up on me.

I have shipped cars several times before, this is the worst service I have EVER received.
