I researched many companies before choosing United Routes. I felt there credentials were right ( BBB ratings were hi). Most importantly when I spoke to Heidi who handled the job she was very knowledgable and honest about all the costs etc. Our car was delivered and unfortunately one of the tires got damaged while it was being unloaded but we all know that accidents do happen and its how it is handled when they do happen that counts most. The trucking company paid for all of the damage directly and efficiently and we were very happy how the whole situation was handled. I would definitely use United Routes again.
