*If you are receiving this email and will not be on the pick-up or receiving end of the transport , it is your responsibility to make sure the designated persons for pick-up & delivery are aware of the contents of this email."

Not only did David promise me a pick up date of FEB 2ND ( not the 3rd ) over the phone, but didn't have the integrity to call me back and tell me that it wouldn't be done on the 2nd and instead sent me the above email. After receiving this email and waiting to hear from the driver on the 3RD, I decided to call the driver. NO ANSWER. The party shipping me the vehicle didn't hear from the driver either until after the scheduled pick up time. At that point the driver stated that he wasn't scheduled for a pick up and had no idea what I was talking about. I called DAVID and spoke to him and he directed me to speak to the drivers dispatcher. ( Not my job, I am not the broker and I should not have to do the brokers' job however I need my vehicle.) I called the number he gave me, to try ****( WHILE WRITING THIS REVIEW DAVID JUST CALLED AND LITERALLY CUSSED ME OUT IN FRONT OF MY CHILD!CALLED ME AN S.O.B. M.F. S.O.B. GREAT JOB ON PROFESSIONALISM )**** NEED I SAY MORE... This is how you treat you disabled veterans... Thanks. PLEASE STEER CLEAR OF THIS PERSON AND HIS COMPANY
