The driver was arrogant. Picked up the car 3 days late. Delivered the car 2 days late. Told us he was coming in 1 hour and came 7 hours later @ night. The car was filthy. Could not see out the windows. Rock salt all over it. Would not let us drive the car into the lighted garage until we signed the paper claiming no damage and paid him. The next day, we got the car washed and noticed a 7 inch crack in the front bumper. United Routes LLC said the drivers insurance would not pay for the car because we signed the paper claiming no damage. We did not hire the driver. United Routes did. We hired United Routes and feel it is their responsibility to pay for the damage. We even asked David Tal before we chose them if there was a problem and he said they would pay for the damage. This company uses deceptive practices. They never told us they use private contractors to ship the cars. Do not use them!!! SCAM big time.

We do apologize for the late pickup , our driver was stuck in A SNOW STORM! Unfortunately the customer was Intoxicated when the driver showed up to deliver the vehicle and was not able to thoroughly inspect the car . ALL OF OUR TRANSPORTS ARE 100% INSURED BUT INSURANCE CANNOT COVER ALLEGED DAMAGES ... WE ENCOURAGE OUR CUSTOMERS NOT TO ACCEPT THEIR VEHICLE AT NIGHT UNLESS THE UNLOAD WILL BE IN A WELL LIGHT AREA....we also gave this customer a massive discount for a large SUV cross country
