The process was very quick and easy. I called asking to ship a car after another company backed out and they were able to have my car picked up less than 24 hours later with a very friendly and knowledgeable driver. He delivered my car just the way it was when it was picked up, kept in contact letting me know exactly when he would be here, and everything went just as I had hoped.
