I contacted United Routes 3 weeks before I wanted to ship my car. My contact person was David. He must have called me 4 times trying to get my business. Once I committed to United, I never heard from David again. I had to call him several times to ask if he had found a carrier for my car because time was growing short. He assured me every time I called that there would be no problem.
Finally the day before my car was to be picked up he told me(after I called him again)that he didn't have a carrier. He was not only very unprofessional was he was rude as well. I would never recommend United to anyone and if you're serious about getting your car transported from point A to point B I highly recommed using a different company than United Routes LLC.

THE CUSTOMER BOOKED WITH 2 OTHER COMPANIES aside from ours and refused to cancel with the other companies .we had no choice and could not send a driver out there on the chance that the car wouldn't not be there when our driver arrived!!!!! sorry gary
