Recently transported my 2019 Mini Cooper from Alabama to California. I have nothing but good things to say about this company. After being given the run-around by two other transport companies, I was left with a 2 day window to transport my vehicle before I had to leave home. I spoke with Shawn at UnitedRoutes who was very helpful and told me they could have a driver pick my vehicle up in 2 days and could be delivered within 4-5 days. Ivan the driver was at pickup at exactly the day/time I was told, completed the vehicle assessment, then placed my car on the trailer and was on his way. A couple of days later, I received a text message from United letting me know that the driver was running early on his route and I would be receiving my vehicle a day earlier than originally planned. Ivan the driver then texted me and informed me of the new delivery time. Just like on pickup, Ivan was on time and my vehicle was back in my possession in exactly the same condition as it was when I last saw it. UnitedRoutes will not be the least expensive transportation you will find, but believe that you get what you pay for. The entire experience was easy and both UnitedRoutes and the driver stayed in contact with me throughout the entire process. I will gladly use this company again.
