2012 Mustang Boss 302 / Kentucky-Florida / November 15-17, 2018 / $1595. My car arrived SLIGHTLY DAMAGED. Quote was in the range of premium carriers who have their own trucks but were not available for weeks. United Routes appears to be a broker who contracts with random operators of unknown quality. My operator had a pick-up truck towing what appeared to be a plain box trailer crudely converted to transport autos. My Mustang barely fit in this trailer but not without its right front ($555) wheel scrapping against the metal interior wheel-well cover. Unloading required multiple maneuvers around wheel-well cover and to avoid taking out the right side mirror exiting trailer. Totally unprofessional operation.
