Recently my husband and I had a last minute change in which we had to move cross country. We decided we would ship one of our vehicles. I chose a company after doing a little research and soon realized I was getting a run around, after having gone with them. I was charged a deposit and a couple days later called to ask a couple minor questions. After 4 days and no call back, I realized I chose very wrong. I started doing some serious looking around and came upon United Routes. My service was provided by Laki who explained how this whole thing works, being our first time shipping. He then didn’t take any money until he had a scheduled driver with a time. EVERY time I called or emailed throughout this process, he responded. And I never waited long for a response. Our vehicle showed up as promised. They give you a window of a couple days when it will show up, the driver calls day before as well as dispatcH. I would and will recommend using this company and ask for Laki. Without a doubt the best experience we had this whole move. THANK YOU for all your help and being able to trust that you had our investment in good hands.
