We were overall happy with United Routes as our car arrived by the date we'd specified and in good condition. However, there was some confusion about pick-ups, as the date for pick up changed several times over the course of about 10 days. We were coordinating with a friend for the pick-up, and the whole process was stressful. We were unclear that the car would arrive in time when it was picked up. However, it did so we were overall satisfied.
