This was the 1st time I had a car shipped and I don't regret using UR. The price was good, Aron was on top of all the details and responded to any questions I had while walking me through the process. Having the phone number of the driver was very convenient as he and I called each other quite often for updates. That was especially useful while he was delayed nearly a day trying to get a signature from the owner of a vehicle that was on the trailer behind mine. The driver, Anthony, was very customer oriented and careful with the car. I would definitely use United Routes to haul cars again.
