Horrible Experience with Rafi Sod

I was needing to get my car shipped out to California from Virginia during the end of summer due to moving there to start a graduate school program. I contacted United Routes LLC due to reading reviews on there customer service and getting your car there safely and efficiently. So asked for a quote on June 17th due to needing my car to be shipped the first week of August so that when I arrived the second week of August it was there. This is a full month plus that I started working with them to ensure everything would be fine. At first he had made me very confident after going over the quote information and telling me pricing,etc... A few weeks go by and I call his office again to make sure everything is still on time and he told me to "stop worrying everything will workout". Weeks go by once again and he told me that on July 26th that he would call back with the driver info, payment information, and who to make it would to. No call then, so I take the lead and call him back and he says he will know soon and he promises. He calls back saying he can send out the car on the Sunday. I agree to that and then a few minutes later he says actually that won't workout. So I try to workout dates with him and then he says that a truck will be picking up the car before 4pm on Friday, August 1st. I agree to that and he once again says that won't work out actually a few hours later. We choose another date again and calls me (Wednesday July 30th at 5pm) saying "I have a truck that can pick up the car on Thursday morning(July31st) at 8am." I agree to that, then he calls back at 5:45 on Wednesday and tells me the truck broke down just as he was leaving the office but he turned back to answer the call no more than 15-20 minutes after I had just talked to him and he says he will work on another date conveniently as he was walking out of the office. I write an email canceling the contract on August 1st. If I give you more than a month to provide a service and it's a week until my car needs to be there and still you have no idea what is happening and when it's leaving then that is not a good sign. Lastly I was told "The trucking breaking down can happen to anyone, in addition having certain dates open is something you should have told me at the beginning." The one weekend (August 1st and 2nd) I just planned on going away due to not wanting to wait around for you to provide me with what day my car is being picked up. If you provided a day finally then I could work around that, but I should not be expected to sit around and wait for you to come up with a day of ur choosing when you've cancelled three different times already. People work hard for their weekends during the work week and I don't feel like sitting around all weekend waiting.....again. I trusted you but it seems like you could not get the job done and I am very upset. Now I am left scrambling last second to find another company. Thank god there are other trustworthy companies out there that will get it there ON TIME. I would not use this company due to their uncertainty, waiting until the last second to provide an effort, and pure confusion.
