Lied about cost

I ordered transport on June 1 for a June 21 pick up and on June 20th for 700, they called me and told me and told me that the cost was going to be 850 after I had given my credit card at the beginning of the month for 100. He said that he had told me that there was a possibility that the cost would go up, but this was false as I knew that transport companies did this and I asked when we spoke to make sure that the price was set. They also sent me a contract with the rate locked in. Do not use them. They lie.
