We received a call from Daniel three days before we were planning on shipping our car (originally the ship date was supposed to be a Sunday). He called to tell us that there were no open carriers available for that time and so we ended up using an enclosed shipment (which we did not want originally. It costs more than an open one obviously). Then, he couldn't tell us whether or not he could have it picked up on Sunday afternoon (which was what we originally agreed upon). After a few more phone calls, he told us that the car pick up would be Saturday morning instead. This left us without a car for about 1.5 days. The driver also did not notify us that the car was going to be a day late. We ended up waiting for him to unload the car for about an hour before we could drive our vehicle home. This was due to the fact that the original parking lot location he told us to wait at was too small.
