A nightmare

This is the worse experience I never had. I wanted to move my car from NJ to FL. The driver came one day earlier, didn’t reach my home and didn’t deliver on the day we had agreed. After that, recovering the car was a nightmare. The driver was rude (Dwayne), he lied to me for the day of the pickup to keep the contract (basically telling me a day when he knew he would not be able to do it). During two days, I have been calling trying to find out where to get the car back….I don’t even speak about Dianne (seems to be the manager) literally accusing customers of lying. I am considering to go further with legal process.
Last strange thing. I sent my wife to take the care back. They didn’t ask even for the name, less for an ID….nothing. Just go ask for a car.
Just keep away from them.
