Car not picked up!

I booked one month in advance and received a receipt. Some items needed to be corrected but I never got a corrected receipt. Ship date went by, no contact or information from the company. Had to call multiple times to get a response... Later found out by another company that my request was removed from the system, but I was not informed. Bad customer support, car not shipped... Luckily no deposit was taken off my credit card.

I do not understand how another company gave that information seems a little weird and we do not charge a deposit until we get a driver
