I called on a Friday and wanted a vehicle to be picked up Wednesday morning from the East coast and delivered to me in the Southwest. Although I would have preferred them to contact me more often giving me updates, by Monday evening they had found a driver to do this. The driver contacted us and wanted to pick it up Tuesday evening itself since he was in the area. We insisted on Wed. morning since that was more convenient. He agreed and picked it up Wed morning which was great. I was promised the vehicle will be transported in about 7 days. In reality I got the vehicle in 3.5 days which was great. Everyone responded to my phone calls right away and the car got there in one piece with no problems. I have no hesitation of using them again. Their quote was about the middle of the about 10+ quotes I got. I saw good reviews for this company and went with them. Overall great experience, courteous driver and good customer service.
