Can't complain much. Joe's the middleman company not the transportation company

I took a risk with Joe because I'm a lawyer and have trained myself to predict risks ahead of time. Always add more days to the departure day. Joe is the middle man between your car and the company that transports your vehicle to you. He has no control over the transportation company. Think of Joe as the seller online and the transportation company as UPS or USPS. And like UPS/USPS, well what you see is what you get (I always assume the worse for transportation companies). I did not put anything in my car that I was not willing to part with. All valuables were in boxes with brown tape (so I know if seal was tampered). My car and valuables arrived intact.
