The truck United Auto Movers contracted with came to my house the day after the paperwork was sent Joe. The driver was in a big hurry and told me it was unnecessary to fill out the condition report and said he would not move the Jeep from the top-front location. I took pictures of my Jeep and hoped all would be ok, unfortunately for me things didn't turn out that way. The driver scratched the hood and roof and admitted it must have happened when he drove under a low hanging tree limb. He didn't think it was a big deal and just drove off leaving the jeep with my Son.
Joe said he would try to contact the trucker but 10 days later I have not heard anything and United Auto Movers will not answer my calls or call me back.
I'm very unhappy that he will not pay for the repairs to my Jeep.

Totally unfair what MR Hull is saying. Mr Hull admitted not filling out the inspection report. Now he writes a bad review about us and asks us for $600 and he will remove the review. This truck had 3 other jeeps on top of the truck not one other jeep was damaged. Are Customers are told you need to fill out the inspection report and take a copy.
