I had a car transported Jan 2015. I arranged the transaction with Joey. I thought everything was going ok until I received my car. The car was damaged and covered in transmission fluid/oil. I noted the damage at the time I received the car. I followed the rules and had 2 estimates within 48 hours for $2000.00 in damages. I submitted everything on time to Joey. He said he would take care of my claim. A month later he finally said that he submitted the claim to the insurance company but would not tell me who they were. He said they were considering the claim. Another month went by and he said that he was still working on it and would not update me on the claim status. He finally stopped taking my calls all together. After a lot of searching I finally found No Doubt Logistics insurance company on my own and made a claim. They said that no claim was ever submitted on my behalf. The insurance company could not help me because the transport company only had liability insurance and NO CARGO insurance!!!! united Auto Movers were contracting movers with no cargo insurance!!!! I have not been able to get the transport company on the phone and have found several reviews online stating similar problems with the transport company. United auto Movers should be put out of business immediately. They are crooks who take your money and have uninsured dirt bags hauling your cars!!!

Every Carrier we use has Cargo and Liability insurance. We would never put our customers cars in jeopardy or our business. This business feeds multiple families and we do not take our responsibility to our customers lightly. We make it very clear to all our customers that you have to look over your car with the Driver and agree on everything that is marked on the inspection report before signing. Pertaining to Dana Williams post. She purchased this vehicle from a a seller who dropped off the car at his friends dealership. She wasn't sure if her car was being driven by them or not. It is very clear that both the initial inspection report and the delivery inspection report had nothing marked indicating damage. A day later I received a call from D. Williams claiming damage. She accused our driver of having driven her car and damaged it. The driver did not drive the car or damage the car. No Doubt logistics does have cargo liability insurance as do all the trucks we use to move vehicles. The driver at No Doubt feels she was trying to put a claim in unfairly against him and his company. She had no evidence of damage indicated on the inspection report upon delivery. We tell all our customers if you sign off on an inspection report that indicates no damage no matter who you use as a shipper your claim would be denied. Unfortunately this is the case with this particular claim.
