Our pickup never occurred and we were not updated about potential quote increases or if the driver cancelled. We were informed by a competitor not to use them and that our car would not see a pickup and they were 100% correct. We could not reach the assigned representative or anyone in customer service afterwards. Do not trust this company, they are not as reliable as the comments state!
