Beware of United Auto Transport, R & G Transport and Alex Californian Transporta

This has been the worst business deal I have had in my 64 years... I contracted with United Auto Transportaion who in turn contracted with R & G transportation out of Sacramento, CA. who in turn conrtracted to Alex Californian Transportation. I was told that my cars was to be picked up on April 26, 2010 but was acctually picked up on April 29, 2010. Dealer contacted me to tell me the car was picked up 3 days late, reason given truck problems. My only conversation with R &G was on April, 30, 2010 and I was told that he would contact me on Monday, April 3, 2010 to update me
on delivery time for Monday or Tuesday. Waited at home the entire day and no one called, finally I contacted United for about the 5th time and they informed me that the truck was broken down. I was finally told the car would be delivered on Friday April 7, 2010 between the hours of 8 AM and 12:00 noon...at 6:30 PM I was contacted by the driver for the first time to tell me he would be at my location by 7:30 PM to deliver the car. No more calls untill 10:30 PM that night which I did not answer because I had gone to bed. I read my voice mail in the morning and they accused me of ignoring many calls made on Friday, I started calling at 6:30 AM Saturday morning and finally got a call back at 8:30 AM and driver told me he was an hour away from me, finally got a call at 11:00
AM that he was stopped on highway and needed me to come show him how to get to my address 2 blocks away. When the car was unlaoded there was some minor damage to a door but the drivers attitude was very rude. I discovered that this was not R & G who I was told was delivering my car but instead Alex Californian Transportation. I was lied to by all tree compaines, wasted several days sititing at home waiting for my car. Worst business dealings in my life. BEWARE OF
ALL THREE OF THESE COMPINIES...Honesty is not their company policy !!!!!
