Terrible Service

This company has no clue of what they are doing or how to treat customers. DO NOT USE THEM. Called and received a quote from Damion. Was told the car would be picked up by 4-22-2010 for $995. Received another call from Damion and was told that the original carrier could not pick up the car and that an independent would do it for $1220. Damion said they would pick up $125 of the tab leaving me with a bill of $1095. So I said go ahead for another $100 dollars. Contacted the shipper on the following week to find out the trucker had contacted him on 4-23-2010 and had made arrangements for the car to picked up 4-25-2010 at 1pm. The trucker never contacted the shipper. I called United on 4-28-2010 at 8AM PST and Pete said thier paper work showed the car had already been picked up. I told Pete I had just got off the phone with the shipper and the car was still there. He started a song and dance about he had to talk to the trucker and would get back to me. I called back at 6 hours later and was put on hold for 4 songs when I hung up. I called back and stopped Pete from putting me on hold by saying I wanted to cancel my order which really got his attention. He argued with me about cancelling but I continued to let him know I was done with them which he decided to just hang up on me. Pete called me back about 15 minutes later with the trucker on the other line trying to tell me the shipper was at fault by not calling the trucker and just finger pointing all he could. I said cancel the order I was not interested in doing any buisness with there company and email me a confirmation to that effect at which time he hung up on me again. Have called the credit card company to dispute the payment and get out money back.
