Active duty military family moving overseas. Requested vehicle transport 3 months in advance. Called to make sure everything was in order 2 weeks prior to vehicle pickup. Was advised by carrier to drive into town 1 day prior in case there were any problems. No show on the first day....no show on the second day. Called office and was put on hold 35 minutes the first time, then hung up on. Called back and was put on hold for 15 minutes, then hung up on. Called back a third time and the company said they were trying to find a driver. Website said office hours were from 9:30 am to 8:00 pm. Called back at 6:15 pm and office was closed. Called on the day we were supposed to depart the country, and was informed by Aaron that a driver was found, but it would cost us and additional $200.00. Was told United would call us once they talked to the driver to confirm and they never called us back....EVER!!!!!!! Explained to the company several times our desperate situation and nobody at United Auto Carriers gave a DAMN!! The website claims, "the most convenient and reliable transportation service." And they also state," We care about your auto transport." I HIGHLY discourage anybody from using this transport company!!! As a result, my wife almost had to drive the vehicle back to Oklahoma and miss the flight.
