Poor service

This is probably the worst experience I have ever had dealing with a company on any level. At first everything happy and a no problem attitude. After a week with no update either via phone or email about the status of getting my car picked up, I started calling and managed to get ahold of someone who put me on hold for 15 minutes. When he got back on the line he said they would need more money to get it shipped. I told him I wanted to cancel the order and get a refund on my deposit which they tout on thier website as no problem, no questions asked if you cancel your order. He put me on hold to check the status of the deposit and Click! he was gone. Imagine that.
I called every 15 minutes for 3 hours and emailed Pete and Damian, who worked on my order,
and all I get is voicemail and no repsonse from email or the messgaes I left asking someone to call me. I left 3 different #'s and still no return calls. I have put my credit card on hold because of this company fearing someone is gonna have a party on it. I am going to the BBB and turning this company in! Companies like this should be banned from the internet.
