Never use this carrier

It took me three calls to set up a pick up. The email confirmations did not match the days discussed. My truck to be picked up is now "on the board" but want to cancel. I have been trying to call them for 2 days now...Sales & Customer Service telephone options and nobody is picking up the phone. Each time I spoke with them previously and asked them to call back, I got the "sure thing" with no return call.

I think this is the worst customer service I hve ever experienced with anything. Set to take my business elsewhere but they need to drop it off the board.
