The company updated the status of the location of my vehicle via text and kept in touch with me during entire shipment. The company even called me on the day of the delivery whether there will be someone to take the vehicle and the estimate time of arrival with and without traffic. CON: The only downsides of this company are the driver may have limited English and the pickup time. Even though the company had missed my first pickup time due to unexpected complicated other vehicles pickup time and limited freeway the company can use around my area, they have managed to work with my early next morning pickup and delivered my vehicle to CA from NY in timely manner (within expected time of their prediction date). PRO: They kindly reminded me not to load over 100 lbs in my vehicle so that the delivery time-frame will not be postponed and kindly warned me that they may be leaving anything that is over 100lbs is loaded in the vehicle at the weight station which is required by laws to be checked every state and mandatory.
