TERRIBLE. Car arrived with almost 200 miles MORE than when it was picked up!!

Do NOT use these guys. They will likely contract a scumbag to transport your vehicle. They dispatched US Overnite Transport to pick up my BMW M3 in AZ and bring it to FL. It arrived 4 days later with 188 miles more on the odometer. Ultra Auto stated that the driver admitted fault, therefore they offered to take $150 off. What a joke. Who even does this? What transporter takes a customer's vehicle on a 188 mile joyride!!??!?!! The driver, Alex, of US Overnite transport told me that his truck was overweight, so they unloaded my vehicle to drive through weigh stations, so they would make the weight. I'm sure this is extremely illegal as well. I don't know how my vehicle was driven in those ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY EIGHT (188) miles, if they abused the car, if I'm going to get a ticket in the mail from their 188 mile joyride, etc etc. STAY AWAY from both Ultra Auto and US Overnite Transport!!!

As we mentioned in your complaint on another platform, we're very disappointed with this carrier and and decided to no longer contract with U.S. Overnite Transportation. As a courtesy, we were happy to offer a $150 refund, which is more than the IRS mileage rate for reimbursements. You refused our initial offer, but we would like to settle this with you. We agree the car should not have been driven without your permission, but the bulk of the complaint lies with the carrier.
