The driver took a lot of care for the car through delivery. When asked for an ETA the dispatcher was always responsive. The only negative to say is about time. The pickup was extremely late. Originally pick up was slated for 6pm. Pick up did not happen until roughly 9pm. I feel that pickup should’ve been pushed to the next day as the driver was running behind.
