I contacted this service for my daughter, her grandmother gave her a car, but we didn’t have the time to fly down and drive it back so we shopped around and out of three companies this one had the best price, so we agreed to use them, and everything seemed to be going good, until the carrier company that agreed to pick up the vehicle failed to show up when they said they would, don’t get me wrong I know traffic happens but if you know you won’t make it any professional company would call right not these guys, so Ultimate transport got ahold of them and they gave a time and wouldn’t you know it again no show, the next day they finally called and my mother in law asked if she could do anything to help like maybe take the car to the main road and she heard another man in the background say yeah you can suck our ——cks. So after I heard about this I reached out to Casey the owner mind you this was going on over the weekend and Casey didn’t get back to me so I contacted his company customer service and I told them those guys were totally unprofessional and I did not want to do business with them, so they were canceled but even though they still showed up wanting to transport the car and when I heard this I called again and I was assured they are canceled and do not release the vehicle to them. They were not happy but I didn’t give two shits, you can not ack like that and expect to stay in business so carrier RMDA Ventures LLC and driver Leonel Dominguez I do not recommend using these ass holes. The only reason I didn’t give a 5 star rating is I sent numerous text about what was going on to the owners cell he provided he never personally reached out which rubbed me the wrong way, but we had a new carrier assigned by early the next day and two days later the vehicle was delivered with no issues carrier DEMS CARGO LLC driver Firuz Farkhodov great job and thank you for being professional much appreciated.
